Easy Checkout Procedure |

- Add Items to Shopping Cart
To order an item, enter the quantity and then click “Add to Cart” button. Click “Check out” to purchase an item or click “Continue shopping” to add more items.
You can view the items in your shopping Cart any time by clicking the shopping Cart icon in the top right corner of any page.
You need to sign in before adding any items to your Cart. Any items added before signing in will not be tied to your account, and will disappear once you log in.
- Continue to Checkout
Once you’ve added items to your Cart Click the shopping Cart icon in the top right corner of page and take a moment to review what’s in it. (Your Cart may contain items from previous visits, since items remain in your Cart for 90 days.) If you don’t want to buy an item, click “Update” button after changing the product quantity or removing the product.
When you’re ready to order your items, click the Gray “Check out” button. You’ll see the first page of the Checkout section, which will request you to sign in.
- Sign In
To sign in and create an account for the first time; click “Create an account” button in the top right corner of page. You’ll view the My Account Information page, which will request you to enter your information and choose a password.
To sign in to your existing account, simply enter your e-mail and password. Then click “Sign in.” If you have trouble signing in, simply click “password forgotten?” button, then enter your e-mail address. we’ll send you an e-mail message containing your new password.
- Quick 3steps Checkout Process
1] After signing in. You will be taken to the Shipping Information page where you will choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to. Then select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.
2] You will be taken to the Payment Information page. You will choose from your address book where you would like the invoice to be sent to. Then select the preferred payment method to use on this order and you will enter your payment information, including credit cards.
3] You will be taken to the Order Confirmation page. On this page, review your Shipping address, Products, Payment Method. Then click on “Confirm order” to submit your order.
After you place your order, you will receive an Order Process e-mail. We will also send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number when your product is shipped. You can also view the status of your order anytime by checking My Account.
- Trouble entering Credit Card Number
If you’re having trouble entering your credit card number or received an e-mail saying we are unable to proceed with your order, please consider the following:
- Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?
- Did you select the correct credit card type from the drop-down menu?
- Did you enter the card number correctly?
- Did you add hyphens (-) in the space where you entered your credit card number (Do Not Add Hyphens)?
- Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menus?
- Does billing address matches the address that the bank or credit card company has on file for you?
- If you are using a new credit card, has it been activated?

- Payment Methods
Payment options include major credit cards, wire transfer, money order, and personal check. All shipping and handling fees will be billed when first item ships. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail. Wire transfers are available but are subject to a $20.00 bank fee. We accept money orders in U.S. dollars from both United States and international banks. You will need to contact our Customer Service department to complete your order.
We accept checks from U.S. banks and can accept checks from international banks if the payment is in U.S. funds and the order totals more than $100.00 (U.S. dollars). Your order will be shipped once we receive your check.
